The start of Spring Break
Last night, some of us ended up at PT's Gold pretty late. Nope, no four of a kinds this week. I can't believe I got 2 of them the past week. Well anyways, We just got drunk and then went back to Cho's apartment and played Psoi Dos til like 4:30 in the morning. Then David Cho calls me up at 9:30 a.m. and asks me if I still want to play the tournament. I'm pretty groggy because of the lack of sleep, but I get the will to get up and go to his apartment. We ended up getting there maybe around 10:30 I guess. We're still alternates. Time to get there earlier. Well there were 60 people in the tournament. I ended up as 6th place. Woo Hoo! kinda ... ahha. It was in my grasp to get at least 3rd, but I didn't play the hand I wanted to. Oh wells. Chicken shit me. So tiring today though. I went home for a little. I was so hungry too. I didn't eat til like 6pm the night before. So I ended up eating at Port of Subs with Billy, Kwon, David Cho, Jinju, and Charlie. This is at like 4:30 damn it. That's at least 22 hours of not eating. Then I had to go eat with my relatives for my Grandma's birthday. I went to David's apartment first to play psoi dos haha. Then after I ate with my relatives, I went to go meet up Chris, Susan, and Phil at Firefly's. Susan was tired so Chris took her home. I went to HardRock with Phil. We got a drink and looked for girls haha. I didn't find any haha. We ended up at PT's Gold. No four of a kinds still... damn it! I did hit a straight flush, but that shit didn't pay off that well. Oh wells. I almost hit a Royal Flush again! Man... it's going to happen. So is my lottery ticket.
Well I saw Gino's videography from Toni Cho's xanga. That stuff sucks. I seriously can make a better video. So easy. I mean, he has a better camera, but video editting, they need some work. Too corny for my taste.
Thought of the day: Poker books aren't that great. I mean, hopefully they give you the general idea of what to do in some situations, but I think they won't help much. Who cares if you read them. Some people read them and don't even really put it to use. Stupid.... David Cho read the Phil Hellmuth book, sorry to say, he got out with at least 30 players still in. Well I'll talk more about poker later. I'm tired for now. Have a fun spring break for those of you who are having it this week.
